- Customer pricing is structured as an upfront fee plus monthly subscription, billed in USD.

Every client you refer continues generating commission for as long as they remain with QMAI. As you onboard more clients, you progress through Partner (20%), Senior Partner (25%), and Executive Partner (30%) commission tiers. Each client retains the commission rate they were signed at for the lifetime of the partnership.

COMMON QUESTIONS
01 Do I need to be a qualified coach or psychologist to join?
No. Quality Mind AI is a coaching and mentoring platform, not a clinical service. The methodology, programs, scripts and training are all provided, and you are supported live each week until you are running independently. What matters most is your drive and your network.
02 What is the difference between the Strategic Partner option and a coaching licence?
The Strategic Partner option is for those who simply want to introduce Sage and earn commission. A coaching licence (Launch, Growth or Accelerator) gives you the full methodology and program suite to deliver coaching yourself. Many people do both.
03 When will Sage be available?
Sage is presented to clients now as a working demo model. There is a natural window of nurturing before a company is ready to purchase, and the off-the-shelf build is on track to be ready within it. Every deployment is then customised to the organisation, with their own training, regulations and specific elements built in and Sage white labelled to their brand
04 How quickly can I earn my investment back?
It does not take much. One group of 12 clients on the 12-week program at $1,997 each is $23,964 in revenue, which covers the entire Launch licence with room to spare.
05 Do I have to close sales on my own straight away?
No. On the Growth and Accelerator packages, you set up the meetings, and Rich joins you live online to run prospects through how the services work and help you close, until you are confident to run them yourself.
06 How and when do I get paid commission on Sage?
You earn commission on every Sage client you introduce, and you keep earning for as long as that client remains with Quality Mind AI. Your rate is locked in at the tier you reach for the life of each client.
07 Can I build outside Australia?
Yes. Australia is the priority and the proving ground, but the same model is built to travel into the United States and South America as the legislation follows. You can build wherever you have a network.
08 Can I bring on other partners?
Yes. During the launch phase, you earn a 10% referral commission on every deal closed by partners you introduce, for the life of every client they bring in.
09 Are the prices in this briefing inclusive of GST?
No. Partner and licence prices shown exclude GST, and recommended client prices are a guide only and are set by you.
