01 I haven't built a coaching practice yet. Is this still for me?
Yes. The Launch tier is built for exactly this. No audience, brand or website required. Just a willingness to take the first call.
02 What if I don't want corporate referrals?
Run it as a coaching business. The five programs earn back the licence on their own. Corporate is upside, not a requirement.
03 How is this different from a chatbot?
Two things: the IP (27 years of methodology, not a generic AI with a prompt), and the voice (warmth that text cannot carry).
04 Is this clinical?
No. QMAI is coaching and mentoring. Not clinical, not psychological treatment. Where clinical support is needed, the platform routes appropriately.
05 What about my own brand?

06 How is confidentiality handled at the corporate level?
Individual conversations remain private. Organisations see only aggregate, de-identified signals. Minimum five-user threshold before any signal is reported. Signed off by client legal teams before rollout.
